Who is eligible for the Bevel ON Capacity Building Programme?
Our programme is designed for displaced professionals, expatriates, single parents, and low-income individuals in Switzerland, France, Germany, and the UK who are seeking to rebuild their professional identity and upskill for a brighter future. Individuals from other European countries are also welcomed. We accept participants with a minimum of a master’s degree and a proven professional background in fields such as management, engineering, finance, entrepreneurship, etc. We welcome those who have built professional careers and are now ready to rebuild and grow in a new environment. Or who is in a career transition and requires new skills and fresh ideas.
What is the conscious participation fee?
This fee is a modest contribution to support the programme’s quality and sustainability. If you face financial challenges, you may request sponsorship assistance by indicating your need in the
application and providing the necessary documents.
How is the programme structured?
It consists of three modules—Personal Empowerment & Self-Leadership, Career Strategy & Employability, and Entrepreneurship & Upskilling—delivered through live sessions twice a week in Zoom during 3 months.
What if I miss a live session?
All sessions are recorded and accessible at your convenience, ensuring you never miss a moment of learning.
Who are the trainers and mentors?
Our programme is led by internationally recognized experts, experienced mentors, and inspirational guest speakers. Please note that since the programme lasts three months, some sessions may be rescheduled at the request of our facilitators. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
What language is the programme delivered in?
The programme is conducted entirely in English. A strong command of English is required to fully benefit from the sessions, so please indicate your language proficiency in your application.
How does the mentoring component work?
Mentoring is available as an optional benefit exclusively for participants who commit to the full three-module programme. If you opt for mentoring, you will receive personalized guidance during 2-3 months/bi-weekly/mostly online from experienced professionals to help you navigate your career, entrepreneurship or cultural integration transition effectively.
Can I participate in individual modules instead of the full programme?
Yes, you may choose to enrol in individual modules if you prefer a more focused approach. However, please note that key benefits such as mentorship and the official Certificate of Completion are only available to those who complete all three modules.
What are the requirements for receiving a Certificate of Completion?
To be awarded a certificate, you must attend at least 50% of the live sessions across all three modules. The certificate is a mark of your achievement and can be used as part of your application documents and showcased on LinkedIn. This benefit is available only to participants who complete the entire programme, including the mentorship component if requested.
What is the application and payment process?
First, complete the application form so we can ensure you meet our eligibility criteria. Once accepted, you will be required to pay a conscious participation fee, which is a donation to support our work. Please note that this fee is non-refundable—even if you are unable to attend the live sessions, you will still have access to all recordings. Payment must be made no later than one week before the programme starts. If your profile does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to decline the application and issue a refund.
How does sponsorship work and what is the applicationprocess?
If you’re facing financial challenges in covering the participation fee, you may request sponsorship assistance. In your application, simply indicate your need for sponsorship and submit additional supporting documents, such as your CV, a letter of motivation, and an introductory video. Our team will carefully review your request and, if eligible, work with our key partners to secure the necessary support. Sponsorship is limited and awarded based on need and alignment with our programme’s criteria.
